Every year, dental treatments improve. You can choose from the latest orthodontic treatments at Miller Orthodontics.

Treatments Options for Any Smile

We can successfully straighten smiles and correct bites and other orthodontic issues through advanced technology paired with our specialized training.

Using our understanding of the growth and movement of the jaws and teeth, we can address many dental problems.

You may have dental issues, like:

  • Crowded teeth
  • Gaps between teeth
  • Protruding teeth
  • Overbite
  • Underbite
  • Crossbite
  • Impacted teeth

A lot of our patients at Miller Orthodontics pick metal braces for the method they prefer to use to straighten their smiles.

Metal braces are still the most popular treatment choice, you also have other options you should learn about.

During your first complimentary exam, you’ll tell Dr. Miller about your smile goals, and he’ll recommend a treatment plan based on your personal needs. We’re proud to offer orthodontic treatment options for all ages to our patients in Newmarket, Aurora, Bradford, East Gwillimbury, and the neighboring areas.

Braces Vs. Aligners

Fixed appliances are different from removable options, and they both give you different advantages.

Metal and clear braces are glued to the teeth and are only removed following the end of your treatment.

Invisalign aligners are an example of removable appliances. Patients can take them out any time they want, but they should be worn most of the day and all night.

We use either fixed appliances, clear aligners such as Invisalign or a combination of both to correct any orthodontic problem you may have. At Miller Orthodontics we’re true experts in our field, and are equipped to handle all of your orthodontic needs with the option that suits you best.

About Invisalign® & Invisalign for Teens

This treatment appliance doesn’t include wires or metal brackets like traditional and ceramic braces.

Invisalign aligners are clear, nearly invisible and you can take them in and out whenever you need.

Clear Braces

Clear braces are made from tooth-colored ceramic brackets, and they are harder to notice compared to their metal versions.

Metal Braces

Orthodontists have used traditional metal braces for about 100 years and the most popular type of fixed orthodontic treatment.

This fixed appliance option is known for being budget-friendly, strong and reliable. The metal braces we use are much smaller and more comfortable than those of the past.
